Payment methods
The following payment methods are available in our store:
CREDIT CARD
When you place your order, you also provide us with your credit card details. Once you have been legitimized as the legitimate cardholder, we will ask the credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after you place the order. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by the credit card company and your card will be debited.
PAYPAL
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there. After placing the order in the store, we will ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards.
KLARNA INSTANT BANKING
After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Klarna. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount by instant bank transfer, you must have an online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure that is activated for participation in Sofort. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards by Sofort and your account will be debited. KLARNA PAY NOW
After placing your order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Klarna. Choose between instant bank transfer or direct debit. With Sofortüberweisung, the payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards and your account will be debited. For direct debits, simply enter your account details or create a Klarna account. KLARNA INVOICE
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB, we also offer payment by invoice: The payment period is 14 days from dispatch of the goods. KLARNA INSTALLMENT PURCHASE
After placing your order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Klarna. To be able to pay the invoice amount as an installment purchase, you must select your desired schedule and interest rate. Follow the steps to complete the application, after which you will immediately receive an approval decision and can complete your purchase. Your order will be shipped to you under the following conditions:
SHIPPING COSTS
We ship our parcels to Germany, Austria and Switzerland free of charge and CO2 neutral.
DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time is usually a maximum of 2-3 working days. We ask for your understanding if our shipping service provider experiences delays due to an increased order volume.
RETURN
We want you to be one hundred percent satisfied with your purchase and we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you will be refunded immediately to the account of the payment method used to make the payment. However, we ask you to adhere to the following guidelines:
The items must be canceled within 14 days of receipt of the order and returned within 30 days. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by e-mail: kundenservice@jungskin.com of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. To make it easier for us to process your return, please enclose a note with your order number, your name & e-mail address and, if possible, the reason for returning the item(s). Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods, unless it is a fault or defect caused by us. We recommend that you send your parcel with shipment tracking. In the event that a parcel is lost, we will not be able to trace this and therefore cannot be held liable. In the event of an error on our part, you should inform us in advance so that we can send you a return label.
We will contact you as soon as we have received the package and have arranged for your refund.
